FCAL

Fellows in Caribbean Academic Leadership

OUR STORY

The first FCAL conference, held on November 19, 2021, featured keynote speakers, regional experts, and alumni discussing marine conservation and their professional experiences. Attendees participated in workshops on communication skills, and the positive feedback led to the annual event's continuation. Now, FCAL has expanded to include workshops that foster collaboration with regional and international experts, further enriching the learning experience for participants.
