About
FCAL is a premier platform dedicated to connecting individuals working on conservation projects across the Caribbean. FCAL fosters collaboration, innovation, and leadership by bringing together students, early-career professionals, and established experts from academia, NGOs, and government sectors.

Organization History
The first FCAL conference, held in 2021, brought together keynote speakers, regional experts, and alumni to share conservation knowledge and professional experiences. Since then, FCAL has grown into an annual event that fosters collaboration, professional development, and connections with regional and international experts.
